Mental health coverage
To determine mental health coverage, you can ask your insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have benefits for mental health services?
- Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
- Do I have a co-payment and if so, how much is it?
- What is the coverage amount for out-of-network providers?
- Is pre-approval required from my primary care physician?
Fees's for Private Pay
60 Minute Initial Evaluation = $175.00
50 Minute Individual Psychotherapy = $150.00
50 Couples Psychotherapy = $175.00
You can pay with a credit card, or health savings account. We can provide receipts that you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. "Click Here" below for more Information.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Reduced Rate
Reduced rates will be considered on an individual basis.
48-hour Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it in full unless you cancel.
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee of $150.00 if cancellation is less than 48 hours
